Welcome to #YOLO7dayUltra. On 3rd August 2015 I became the first person ever to run from the New Forest (Southampton) to Land's End. I covered over 250 miles of a brutal road route. I did it to raise funds and awareness of Oesophageal Cancer.
In 2017 I aim to go bigger and tougher and become the first person to run from N.Wales to South Wales via Offa's Dyke and Glyndwr's Way paths. Over 291 miles of off road trails.
Again I will be raising money and awareness but this time it will be for Child Bereavement UK. My friend Phil was the motivation behind all this when he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and he will be leaving behind 2 very young children and it seemed the right type of charity to choose for the next big epic adventure.
